정말 멋진 곳이었어요. 첫 번째 정류장에서 내려 강을 따라 걸어 올라갔는데, 자연의 위력을 보고 느끼는 게 정말 좋았어요. 큰 다리를 지나 지도상의 7번 지점인 호수까지 계속 걸어갔습니다. 입장료를 내야 한다는 점은 조금 아쉬웠고, 배가 있을 거라고 생각했는데 운 좋게 배를 탈 수 있었어요. 반대편에서 돌아왔는데, 훨씬 편하고 좋았어요.
7월 27일에 방문했습니다.
올해부터 승차원 고원에서 승안산 버스가 사전 예약제가 되었기 때문에 기다리지 않고 승차할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
코막사가 만개하여 설계와 에메랄드 그린 연못의 절경을 볼 수 있었습니다.
켄가미네에 가까워지면 사람의 정체가 생기고, 돌아오는 버스의 형편으로 산정 바로 아래에서 되돌아갔습니다.
주말에는 돌아오는 버스는 여유를 가진 시간으로 예약하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
57년전부터, 스키에 하이크에, 연간 10회 이상~20회 가까이 방문하고 있습니다❗주위의 공기감, 경치. 그리고 무엇보다 백탁의 「유황천」일까? 옛부터 있는, 대부분의 민박～숙박에, 이 온수가 당겨 있습니다 ❗
하쿠바와 게로 온천과 같은 「소동」은 어디에도 없고, 숙소의 주인은 모두 느긋하게 있습니다 ❗
내 인생의 끝은 코코? 라고 결정하고 있습니다.
水蕭蕉 보고 싶었지만 잔디가 자라서 곰씨와 만나지 않을까 히야히야해서 되돌렸습니다.
【・Timing】
・Operating season: Accessible year-round. However, the Mt. Norikura Echo Line/Skyline (shuttle buses to Tatamidaira) operates from July 1 to October 31.
・Recommended visiting times: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Best timing to enjoy the tranquil scenery of Ichinose Meadow (一の瀬園地) and capture the reflection of the Northern Alps on Maiike Pond before the daytime breeze ripples the water.
・Peak season (Summer/Autumn): Extremely crowded during the summer escape season (August) and the autumn foliage season (mid-to-late October). Visiting on weekdays or starting activities in the early morning is highly recommended.
【・Note】
・Private car restriction: Private cars are banned year-round from driving up to Tatamidaira (2,702m). You must park at the Norikura Kogen Tourist Center and transfer to a shuttle bus or taxi. Note: Driving your private car within the Norikura Kogen area (highland base) itself is permitted.
・Sudden weather changes: Located at an elevation of 1,200m to 1,800m. The weather can change instantly, and temperatures are significantly lower than in flat areas.
・Wildlife awareness: This is active Asian black bear territory. Carrying a bear bell is strongly recommended when walking around the meadows and waterfalls.
【・Outfit】
・Clothing:
・Summer: Layered clothing. Quick-drying activewear. Temperatures can be chilly in the morning and evening, so a windbreaker or light fleece is mandatory.
・Spring/Autumn: Full winter wear (warm jackets, gloves, and beanies). Freezing temperatures and frost can occur.
・Footwear:
・Well-cushioned walking shoes or trekking shoes. While the trails in Ichinose Meadow and the paths to the waterfalls (Zengoro Falls, Sanbon Falls) are well-maintained, they feature unpaved dirt, gravel, and wet wooden boardwalks.
【・Infrastructure】
・Parking:
・Free parking available at the Norikura Kogen Tourist Center (approx. 700 spaces). Free parking is also available near major trailheads and waterfalls.
・Restrooms:
・Available at the Norikura Kogen Tourist Center, Ichinose Meadow, and near Sanbon Falls. Some public restrooms request a small donation (100 yen) for environmental maintenance. Carrying 100-yen coins is mandatory.
・Accessibility:
・Partial access possible. Some boardwalks within Ichinose Meadow are wheelchair and stroller friendly, but unpaved paths leading to the waterfalls have steep steps and exposed tree roots.
【・Area Info】
・Norikura Kogen is famous for its natural hot springs (Yukemuri-kan, etc.) featuring milky-white sulfur water. Restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores/local shops are dotted around the tourist center, but they may close early. Buying supplies beforehand is recommended.

営業期間：通年でのアクセスが可能である（四季を通じて楽しめる）。ただし、畳平（標高2,702m）へ登るシャトルバス・タクシー（乗鞍エコーライン）の運行期間は例年7月1日〜10月31日となる。
おすすめの時間帯：早朝（7:00〜9:00頃）を推奨。静寂に包まれた「一の瀬園地」を散策し、風が吹く前の穏やかな時間帯に「まいめの池」の水面に映る乗鞍岳を鑑賞するのに最適。
最盛期（夏・秋）：8月の避暑シーズン、および10月中旬〜下旬の紅葉期は非常に混雑する。駐車場やシャトルバスの待ち時間を避けるには、平日を狙うか、午前中の早い時間帯からの行動開始が必須。
【・Note】
マイカー規制（山頂方面）：畳平（山頂方面）へ通じる乗鞍エコーラインは通年マイカー規制（一般車通行禁止）である。乗鞍高原観光センターにてシャトルバスまたはタクシーへの乗り換え必須。※乗鞍高原（山麓の高原エリア）内はマイカーでの移動・通行が可能。
気候の急変動：高原内の標高は約1,200m〜1,800mに位置する。平地よりも気温が大幅に低く、天候が急変しやすいため雨具や防寒着の常備が必須。
野生動物への注意：ツキノワグマの生息地である。一の瀬園地や滝周辺の遊歩道を歩く際は、熊よけ鈴の携帯を徹底。

・服装:
夏季：脱ぎ着しやすいレイヤード（重ね着）スタイル。日中は暖かくても朝晩は10℃台前半まで下がるため、薄手のフリースやウインドブレーカーが必須。
春秋：本格的な防寒着（厚手のアウター、手袋、ニット帽など）が必須。霜が降りたり氷点下になったりすることもある。
・靴:
履き慣れたスニーカーやトレッキングシューズ。一の瀬園地の遊歩道や、名瀑（善五郎の滝、三本滝など）への遊歩道は整備されているが、未舗装の土や濡れた木道、段差があるためヒールやサンダルでの散策は不可。
【・Infrastructure】
・駐車場:
「乗鞍高原観光センター」の無料大駐車場（約700台）が利用可能。各滝の入り口や一の瀬園地にも無料の駐車場が点在している。
・トイレ:
観光センター、一の瀬園地、三本滝レストハウス周辺などにあり。一部の環境配慮型トイレでは維持管理のためのチップ（100円程度）が必要となるため、100円硬貨の準備を徹底。
・バリアフリー:
一部エリア対応。一の瀬園地の一部木道は車椅子やベビーカーでも移動可能だが、滝へ向かう歩道は急な階段や木の根が露出しているため進入不可。

乗鞍高原は乳白色の天然温泉（「湯けむり館」などの日帰り温泉施設）が点在する温泉地でもある。観光センター周辺に飲食店や宿、商店があるが、営業時間が短い店舗が多いため、必要な物資や飲食料は事前に買い求めておくのが確実。
