Best fun in Tokyo with Julien!
The cars are easy to operate and even though it was peak hour traffic on Friday we felt comfortable the whole time. We saw other tours that were not as organized or safe as this one with Monkey Cart - Julien and his driver were the leaders and because he was on a raised bike we could see him much better than if he was also in a kart. Also it meant he could take HUNDREDS of photos (all of which he shared with us - no extra charge) so we could just relax and enjoy. And yes, you drive right through Shibuya crossing and it is AWESOME. 5 stars.
