Tour Guidelines & Reminders:

Punctuality: It's essential to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to our departure. The bus adheres to a tight schedule, and missing a segment means catching up to the next location at your own expense.
Fees & Accommodations:

1. Children aged 4-5 not requiring a seat have a charge at our lunch destination. Should they need a seat, please specify during booking.

2. Infants aged 0-2 are welcome free of charge but will not be allocated a separate seat.

3. Additional entrance fees for certain attractions are not included in the tour cost. Kindly keep some yen handy for these opportunities.

Lunch Arrangements: Our lunch venue is communal, so be prepared to share a table with other esteemed tour participants.
Traffic Considerations: For those with subsequent engagements or flights, we recommend allocating a 2-hour buffer after the tour's conclusion for those with subsequent engagements or flights to account for potential traffic delays.
Language & Payment: Our primary medium of communication is Japanese, though an automated voice guide is available on the bus for assistance. The tour fee must be settled in cash, using Japanese yen only.
Accessibility: Should you require a wheelchair or electric chair, please inform us during booking. While we strive to accommodate all needs, it's crucial to plan ahead as availability may be limited.
Weather Contingencies: The tour is subject to weather conditions and may be postponed in adverse situations. We appreciate your understanding.
Responsibility & Timing: Our company ensures a professional and punctual tour experience. However, any unforeseen personal inconveniences or costs resulting from actions during the tour are the participant's responsibility. Additionally, while we strive for timely returns, exact arrival times might vary based on road conditions.
