Highest hygiene standards; clear but fun instructions; delicious food; and an unforgettable cookery class. Would recommend to everyone and we would do it again if we came back to Kanazawa.

A great class - new skills and delicious food.
The chef was very friendly and entertaining and so there was a very good and supportive atmosphere. Clear instructions were given to prepare 5-6 dishes and these were enjoyed at the end of the class before receiving a certificate. A thoroughly enjoyable evening and highly recommended.
