What other travelers are saying about Kobe Cruise Concerto
Had teppanyaki course (5pm session).
Food: it was my first time trying Kobe beef and it was melting.
Service: they didn’t bring the ordered drinks, until they were reminded. The drinks menu is overpriced.
Atmosphere: the chef cooked and served within 30 min, after that he leaves. There was no live music, no additional entertainment, unfortunately.
The evening cruise was just lovely. Had a great time. The city lights on the evening cruise is something I whole heartedly recommend. Food was good along with professional photographers going around to snap your photos (for a few of course). I did the iron chef and it broke down to about 95 bucks a person. Not bad for a cruise and delicious dinner.
You can board the ship without ordering the food here. Free view on third floor outside deck and inside cafe aquamarine (you can sit down without ordering the food or drink).
Beside that on first floor on lobby behind piano is also free view.
There is also music and song perfomed by local musician inside the ship
View is ok at night if you want romantic experience but in my opinion if you want to aee scenery better at day. Great experience and view for 2 hours long. Very recommended.
A cruise to see beautiful Kobe. We went for the tea cruise and it was amazing. The tart served was delicious. The view from the cruise is breathtaking.
We were lucky to get inside the cockpit and learn about the ship control. The staffs are very polite.
Worst Kobe cruise experience EVER. The staffs didnt even give a proper explanation when we entered hence many ppl were all kinda trying to figure out where to sit and trying to see the outdoor view on the upper floor. Mind you, ppl were just STANDING on the third floor stairs and the staff from the room frowned and shut the door right infront of our faces. We were aware that we didnt buy the dining courses on the cruise but they could have at least tell us to not go to some of the floors? No explanation & just rude behavior from the staffs. For those who's looking for a better cruise experience, just take the smaller cruise option right ahead of concerto. The staffs are friendlier & you get to see the views from above. This one is just a fancy looking cruise but not worth the money.
