What other travelers are saying about Noto Milk, Ishikawa
This is a cool, casual spot to grab some delicious gelato or coffee. They have free WiFi, water, and bathrooms for customers. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The milk is locally sourced, and so are many of the ingredients used in the gelato. You can buy cute goods here too. There is even a spot outside to sit on a sunny day. I've been here several times, and the gelato is a great treat after spending time at the onsen nearby.
I tried their tea and milk flavored ice cream. It's not super thick like frozen custard, but more like traditional home made ice cream. If you're used to American ice cream, you may find it not sweet enough, but we liked it. It tasted very natural with nothing artificial added. I gave 4 stars because: (1) the scoop was small for the price; and (2) they spent too long trying to perfect the shape when there was a huge line.
It's the earliest opening cafe in Wakura Onsen Machi so it's good for going to in the morning! The food and coffee is delicious (I especially love the toast) and the merchandise is hilarious and iconic ☺.
Very crowded and I was surprised the container of the ice cream is so small. I may say its very expensive it’s popular because it’s in an island and there is no other ice cream shop to enjoy except this shop. The parking is terrible you have to wait long and have to wait long too in buying and no place to sit inside the shop. The taste is average
