What other travelers are saying about Huis Ten Bosch Theme Park

So happy we came here on new year eve. It’s full of people, making a very happy atmosphere. We like the all of the games and facilities here. For sure, it is better to rent a bike, especially if you have a family with you. Rent it earlier as family bikes are very popular. The app is very useful. We can check how long to wait for different games. I wish there could be a wider range of shops selling a wider variety of Japan-made products or signature products. By the way the staff in the Mission Deep Sea was very professional. She played an important role in this game. Thanks to her, all the players became so engaged. And we enjoyed the firework show to welcome 2026. Thanks.

Sooo much fun!! And it's just such a beautiful park. Definitely want to spend a full day here. Some of the attractions and rides have a late afternoon end time, so be sure to check the timetable. Ferris wheel didn't open until 5 pm. It's so nice to walk around even if you don't do the rides. The Air Cruise ride was super duper fun and cool, so don't miss that (slight motion sickness but not bad)! The roller coaster zip lining ride was so fun in Adventure Park. Cute Miffy show. We missed Jurassic Island VR but that looked soo fun!! There's only a few times a day that they take a shuttle boat to the island, so check in advance. And go up the tower for spectacular views! This was definitely a highlight of our trip!

This is the largest outdoor theme park in Japan, beautifully designed in a Dutch style that truly makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another city. From the windmills and European-style buildings to the harbor with real boats docked, every corner is stunning and thoughtfully designed. There are plenty of great photo spots throughout the park. Miffy fans will absolutely love this place, as there are Miffy-themed areas and souvenir shops inside. If you’re traveling around the Kyushu region, this is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss.

This place is the real deal. I came here for Christmas with my family for the first time thinking that the large area would offset the level of the attractions. I was wrong. I felt that in every aspect this theme park stacks up with many more famous ones. Based on a Netherland backdrop, it is very relaxing with a number of food varieties to choose from which are not necessarily food cour food. The area is about twice that of Disneyland so give yourself time to wander and take in all the features and interesting aspects of this place. Tickets with priority pass were well worth it!! Worth checking out!!

This park was nicer than what we expected it to be. Unfortunately, they do not have rides like Disney or universal which is a pity because that would have been amazing but the park is beautiful & will give you the European vibe. Most of the attractions are all virtual which are nice too. We went during Christmas season so the light show was beautiful. Highly recommend to rent out the bicycle carts with families as it was a fun activity to do together plus you get less tired. Also you must go to the trick art museum. Lots of food options and amazing desserts!! You can easily see the entire park in one day. We finished 20 activities in one day. The Max we had to wait to get in anywhere was 20 mins.
