The hotel offers two seasonal dining experiences: a buffet-style dinner from March 22 to November 6 featuring varied local dishes with Sea of Japan seafood, and a course menu from November 7 to March 21 showcasing Echizen crab, Wakasa beef, and other Fukui specialties. Breakfast is served as a buffet featuring local specialties including rice balls, dried fish from Mikuni, and the signature fisherman's rice, a traditional delicacy from this historic port town. The Echizen Crab Extreme Course uses two whole Echizen crabs per person, all carefully selected live specimens.
