6/10 experience for a Saturday evening.
The observation decks offered a generic overview of the city. Security was strict before we board the elevator. My biggest gripe is the crazy wait time to go down from the Galleria… it took 50min total for us.
I had more fun exploring the shops on the 4F floor.
Worth an experience if you’re really passionate about the city overview, otherwise you’d have better luck with other observation decks.
Side note, the service was lovely.

We booked our tickets in advance for 10AM and I was glad we did as the lines for tickets was getting a little long (but it was still doable). We exchanged our e-tickets for physical tickets to scan when you go to the elevator.
Once you make it to the main deck, the views are amazing! There aren't any really tall buildings around and it gives you a great view of Tokyo all around. Even on a cloudy days the views are worth it. The is a stamp on the main deck, which we collected, and we got a flavored lemonade.
Next you head down and there is a first gift shop. There is also a space to write your postcard, stamp them and post them. The main gift shop, however, is on the second floor once you take the elevator back down.
We enjoyed our visited and it was too busy, which allowed us to enjoy the views.

The high-speed elevators whisk you up to the main observation deck at 350 meters in seconds, and the panoramic views of Tokyo are simply unforgettable. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji in the distance – pure magic! The higher Tembo Galleria at 450 meters feels like walking in the sky with its glass floor and 360-degree vistas.
The facilities are top-notch: clean, well-organized, with great shops, a café serving delicious treats, and even a fun photo ops section. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole visit seamless.
If you're in Tokyo, this is an absolute must-do. Worth every yen – I can't recommend it highly enough! 🌆✨

Amazing views of the entire Tokyo metro area, the sign says from the viewing platform you can overlook an area where over 35 million people live… so much to see!
We went for the sunset, which was beautiful but very crowded. I imagine the city lights at night would have been very beautiful as well.
Definitely buy tickets in advance, and be prepared for multiples line for elevators as well as crowds of people to get prime window spots. It’s a busy spot, so be prepared. The venue and staff were all organized and professional and friendly so we didn’t experience any issues.
The Mall below is also massive so you could easily plan a shopping or restaurant visit around the trip here.
Elevator so smooth you won’t know your moving will whisk you to the 350 M platform where you will be on top of the world. People look like tiny ants and the vies on a clear day is amazing.
Get back on the elevator for the upgrade to the 450 M platform and you know that you can almost touch the stars. Amazing views! Nice people. Cool shop!
