ไม่ได้ทานอาหารค่ะ แค่มาดูบรรยากาศ ทุกร้านคนเยอะ รอคิวยาวๆ นั่งเบียดๆ กัน ดูไม่น่าจะ enjoy เท่าไหร่ คิดว่าสู้ Street food ในกรุงเทพไม่ได้ค่ะ

1.นึกว่าอยู่ประเทศเกาหลี 2.คนเยอะทุกร้าน หานั่งร้านไหนไม่ได้ 3.ราคาเเรงอยู่นะ 4.ทำใจถ้านั่งกินก็เบียดๆกัน 5.ทำอาหารตรงนั้น กินตรงนั้นเลย ถ้าสำหรับญี่ปุ่นนะ ความสะอาดไม่ได้เเบบญี่ปุ่นต้องทำใจ 6.ตรงเเม่น้ำปล่อยควันไออะไรสักอย่าง นึกว่าอยู่ร้านหมูกระทะ ควันโขมงมาก(เเต่ไม่เหม็น) 7.ตรงหัวสะพานถ่ายรูปสวย(กลางคืน) ฟีลไฟสวยๆเหมือนถ่ายกับที่เกิดเหตุบ้านไฟไหม้ ควันเยอะดี 8.เดินเสร็จเเล้วเลี้ยวกลับไปกินอิโซมารุ ซุยซัง ที่คุ้นเคย ร้านเซฟโซนคนไทย (ตรงมุมสะพาน)

There are a lot of food stalls where you can eat what you love. กลิ่นอาหารหอมกรุ่นระหว่างเดินเลือกร้านที่ถูกใจช่วยดึงดูดได้ดีมาก อาหารอร่อยเหมาะกับกินในบรรยากาศเย็น ๆ วิวแม่น้ำและตึกประดับไฟในยามค่ำคืนทำให้บรรยากาศรื่นรมย์มากยิ่งขึ้น

My first experience in Japan to had meal at Yatai. Yatai is the signature of Fukuoka because it is not in any area in Japan has this. There are a lot of foods here. I had tried Fukuoka Ramen. It's very delicious. おいしいですよ！！！！ ยาไตเป็นเหมือนร้านรถเข็นบ้านเรา มีที่ฟุกุโอกะเท่านั้น ไม่มีอยู่ในจังหวัดใดของญี่ปุ่นอีก เพราะต้องมีการบริหารจัดการที่ดี คนขายก็ต้องได้รับมรดกสืบทอดการขายกันต่อมาจากรุ่นพ่อรุ่นแม่ เพื่อดำรงรักษาไว้ซึ่งการจัดการที่ดี และเป็นในรูปแบบการสืบทอดด้วยจิตวิญญาณ อาหารก็เป็นประเภทปิ้ง ย่าง ทอด ต้ม แบบง่ายๆ และราเมนน้ำซุปสูตรฟุกุโอกะโดยเฉพาะ (ฮากาตะราเมน)
