Booking and Travel:

• Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation right away.

• Please note that pregnant travelers might find this experience uncomfortable.

• Adults aged 6 and above are charged the regular price.

• Kids under 5 can ride free if they sit on an adult's lap.

• Two adults can ride together in one rickshaw.

• Up to two young children (5 and under) can join with two adults.

• While rickshaws can fit two, they're about 29.1 inches wide (74 centimeters). It's often better to book one for each passenger for extra comfort.

• If you're on the larger side, getting separate rickshaws for a comfortable ride is a good idea.

• The experience is wheelchair and stroller-friendly.

Customization and Departure:

• We can tailor the tour to match what interests you most.

• Just let us know your preferred departure time when you book.

• The tour runs until 6 pm from May to August.

Restrictions and Languages:

• Please remember no rickshaw rides are allowed in the Sensoji Temple/Asakusa Temple area, including temple buildings, grounds, and Nakamise shopping street.

• We've got drivers/guides who can speak English and Japanese (availability may vary). Just tell us which language you prefer during checkout.

• The starting time you choose might not be guaranteed, but we'll email confirmation within 24 hours of booking.

• If your 5-year-old child will be using one of the rickshaw seats, they'll need to book as an adult.
