How do I get to the meeting point?

Ebisuya Arashiyama is about 4 minutes on foot from Randen (Keifuku) Arashiyama Station, 7 minutes from Hankyu Arashiyama Station, and 12 minutes from JR Saga-Arashiyama Station. From Kyoto Station, city bus 28 stops at Arashiyama-Tenryuji, about 3 minutes away.

Is the rickshaw private?

Yes. The rickshaw is reserved for your booking only, so you ride with no one outside your own party.

What will I see along the way?

Routes vary by course, but they can include Togetsukyo Bridge, the area around Tenryu-ji Temple, the Bamboo Grove, and quieter backstreets and temples that many visitors miss.

Each booking covers up to 2 passengers in one private rickshaw.
Passengers aged 7 and over book as adults, and ages 0 to 6 as infants.
Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your start time.
The main rickshaw stand is on the north side of Togetsukyo Bridge.
The route depends on the plan you select at booking.
The ride may be canceled or shortened due to weather or road conditions.
Wear comfortable clothing for the weather, and bring a camera for photos.

Amazing experience

Unmissable Experience
