If Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is unreachable due to weather or safety issues, the tour will go as high as possible on the mountain. In cases of road closures, the itinerary may be adjusted to visit alternative spots such as the Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi. Similarly, if the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway is suspended, substitute attractions will be offered. Refunds are not provided for such changes.
