Not at all. The koto session is designed for complete beginners. A professional musician will guide you step-by-step, helping you play a simple tune so you can experience the joy of this beautiful instrument firsthand.
Photography is allowed during the Q&A and after the performance. You’ll have a chance to take photos with the musicians and instruments, creating wonderful memories to take home.

Beautiful
Highly recommend this experience. The show was so beautiful and in an intimate setting which allowed for questions with the host and performer. We had the privilege of watching Kyoko Asakawa play and her love for the instruments is so wonderfully clear. Our favourite piece was 'London no yoru no ame' (Michio Miyagi). 10/10 beautiful and so lovely for the soul.
