Introduction to Iaido and Bushido

Begin with an immersive introduction to the art of Iaido, highlighting the balance between physical and mental discipline. Explore the deep-rooted philosophies of Bushido, emphasizing the principles of "static" and "dynamic," as well as "shadow" and "shine."

Live Demonstration

Witness a captivating demonstration by skilled instructors, showcasing the intricate balance of life and determination embodied in the samurai spirit. Observe the energy transformation as the samurai draws his sword, shifting the atmosphere from static to dynamic.

Hands-On Experience

After gaining insights into Iaido's history and spirit, participants will have the unique opportunity to practice alongside their instructor. Engage directly with the art of swordsmanship, applying the concepts learned during the introduction and demonstration.

Essentials to Know Before Booking

• Confirmation of booking within three working days.

• Voucher issuance within seven working days to be sent via email.

• Participants must meet at the designated meeting point.

• The experience duration is approximately 50 minutes.

• Show your e-voucher at the designated location upon arrival.

• Operating hours are from 10:00 to 17:00.

• Seating is generally shared among participants.

• Instructors are fluent in both English and Japanese.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour, mid-tour start, or exclusion from the tour.

• Arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

• Non-staff attendees (chaperones, interpreters, photographers, etc.) must pay the experience fee.

• Staff presence will be limited to the minimum required for the experience.
