No, guests are asked to stay quiet and respectful during the session. Sumo training is very intense and traditional. If you have questions, you may quietly ask the staff before or after the training.
Photography is only allowed at the end of the session when a group photo is taken with the wrestlers. No flash photography is permitted, and video recording is allowed only with prior permission.
The exact sumo stable location and meeting time will be emailed to you 2–3 days before the tour. You’ll receive an e-voucher along with clear instructions. Please check your email and follow the details provided.
Hotel pickup is only included if you select the transfer option during booking. The pickup service is available from hotels located within Tokyo’s 23 wards. A Japanese-speaking driver will handle the transfer.
Children aged 3 and under can join free of charge, but they cannot participate in the plan (such as photo-taking). From 4 years old and up, normal fees apply. Please note that the environment is very quiet, so children must be well-behaved.
