Tsutenkaku “All-in-One Experience”

• Admission is free for children aged 4 and under.

• Children’s tickets apply to ages 5–14, while adult tickets apply to ages 15 and over.

• Certain attractions have additional age, height, and weight requirements that must be met.

Weather and Operational Conditions

• Waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels on the day of use.

• Observation decks and attractions may close without notice due to severe weather such as strong winds, lightning, or heavy rain.

• In cases of temporary weather-related closure, tickets may be exchanged for a discount coupon usable at on-site shops or cafes.

• Cash or credit card refunds are not available.

General Safety and Facility Rules

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the tower.

• Food, drinks, flammable items, and large baggage are not allowed.

• Tripods, monopods, and similar photography equipment may not be used.

• Entry may be refused if the tour operator determines conditions are unsafe.

Special Outdoor Observation Deck Guidelines

• Access requires using stairs, and elevators are not available in this area.

• Umbrellas and parasols cannot be used for safety reasons.

• Guests who are unable to use stairs are not permitted to enter.

Tower Slider Usage Notes

• Use of the Tower Slider is voluntary and requires agreement to the official terms of use.

• Individuals who do not meet the age, height, weight, or health requirements are not permitted to participate.

• Skirts, dresses, sandals, heels, business shoes, and wet footwear are not allowed.

• All personal belongings must be stored in lockers, and helmets must be worn at all times.

• Tickets purchased on the day cannot be changed or canceled for personal reasons.

Dive and Walk Participation Guidelines

• Participants must meet strict physical, age, and attire requirements to join safely.

• This activity involves approximately 200 steps, with all movement by stairs only.

• Personal belongings, including phones and cameras, are not allowed in the activity area.

• Photos and videos are taken only with the venue’s provided camera system.

• Participation may be canceled if staff instructions are not followed.

Time Requirements

• Tenbo Paradise + Tip the Tsutenkaku requires approximately 60–90 minutes.

• Tower Slider requires approximately 30 minutes.

• Dive and Walk takes approximately 40–60 minutes, depending on conditions.

• Tickets are valid only for the selected participation date.

• Please present your electronic voucher with a QR code at the venue.
