Getting Your Confirmation:

• Traveling Soon (within 90 days): Typically, a confirmation will pop into your inbox in no time. If it doesn't, no worries – Our support team is here to help.

• Future Travels (more than 90 days): For those planning ahead, you'll be looking at a confirmation about 70 days before your departure.

• Quick Tip: Your "Trip to Japan" voucher and the email aren't your golden tickets in Japan. Keep an eye out for the Paper Exchange Order that we mail – that’s your key.

Booking Essentials:

• After your purchase with "Trip to Japan", you've got a 90-day timeframe to turn that Exchange Order into a tangible JR Pass at any Official Exchange Office in Japan.

• Once you've got the pass in hand, there's a month-long period to activate and start your travels.

• The dates you mark on our calendar? They’re simply letting us know when you're setting foot in Japan, not when you're activating the JR Pass.

• Each traveler will get their own Paper Exchange Order.

Who's the Pass For?:

• This is crafted for those holding non-Japanese passports and stamped with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa. If you're a non-Japanese passport holder but have set up a permanent nest in Japan, this pass isn't for you.

• A heads-up: That "Temporary Visitor" Stamp is crucial. When going through immigration, skip those fancy automated gates to ensure you get the stamp.

• For our Japanese friends living overseas for a decade or more, you're in luck. The JR Pass is available if you have 1) a valid Japanese passport and 2) a document proving your long-term overseas residence.
