建仁寺是一座历史悠久的禅宗佛寺，被认为是日本最古老的寺院之一，建于1202年。踏入寺内，宁静的氛围与传统禅意庭院迎面而来，非常适合静心沉思。

主要景点之一是法堂，殿内供奉着由小泉淳作绘制的著名双龙图天花板画。这幅令人震撼的作品铺满整个天花板，以其精细的细节与动态的气势吸引着来访者。寺院境内还设有精美的枯山水庭院，经过精心布置，旨在启发平静与冥想。

游客可以参观各类殿堂与亭阁，每一处都展现出禅宗修行的一角。方丈（住持居所）展示了精美的拉门画，并提供了欣赏周围庭院的静谧景致。

非常好的寺庙，面积很大，里边还有许多小院子，日式庭院，还有苔藓，可以喝茶。

寺里面的西来院只收现金好尴尬 还好其他游客帮忙进来了 但是西来院没我想象的大 很小 人很多 建仁寺挺大 但是已经热的没有心情再继续逛了 另外其他人穿裙子的话建议带点驱蚊水 不然会被蚊子咬

初夏时节的京都气温不冷不热，体感温度很是舒服，不必远行，就在京都市区内，建仁寺太适合静坐发呆放空了。 建于建仁2年（1202）是京都最古老的禅寺，位于京都东山区小松町，地理位置也十分优越，衹园，花见小路，清水寺，三年坂二年坂，八坂塔，南禅寺，都可以步行即达。 日式庭院🏡枯山水，青枫绿荫蔓延开来，风吹树叶沙沙作响，阳光也在枝桠间跳跃，坐在榻榻米上感受大自然带来的美好瞬间，身心都特别放松。 赤脚踩在有些岁月痕迹却又干净的木质地板之上，仿佛也跟时光有了交集。

建于1202年的建仁寺为京都古老的禅宗寺院，其中尤以其法堂之双龙顶壁画（纪念建寺800年而作，面积约180平米，以最好的水墨、和纸，耗时两年绘制完成），还有风神、雷神国宝屏最富盛名。 开山的荣西禅师曾两度到中国取经，第二次还带回来茶树的种子，将茶文化引进日本。

强烈推荐这个地方，可以拖鞋进入古建筑，院子里打扫的很干净，来的游客比较少，风景优美。
