Kuranomachi Tourist Boat Tour (Uzuma River)
The boat tour must be THE highlight of our visit to Tochigi city, and the best attraction in the Kuranomachi area.
For just 1000 yen per adult, we were able to experience riding a boat that was similar to what one would get punting in Cambridge, but the boat was punted by a driver who worked for the boat company. While punting on the surface of Uzuma river, the driver (in Japanese) introduced how the river was significant to the local economy and trade in ancient times. As our tour took place in late winter/early spring, there were many migratory ducks from Siberia in the area, and tourists could buy some tiny round-shaped feed for those ducks.
We took the last boat service of the day, and the driver gave us a complimentary pack of duck feed. We had fun throwing these goodies for those cute little ducks.
蔵の街遊覧船 (巴波川)
來到栃木市遊歷藏之街，最大的亮點莫過於遊覽船。
一名大人只要1000日圓的價格，就能在巴波川上體驗舊時代的撐篙船。船支由遊覽船營運商的工作人員駕駛，一路上駕駛會以日語解說巴波川過去在栃木經濟貿易扮演的角色。一路上還有可愛的西伯利亞候鴨作伴，還可以買飼料來餵食這些鴨子。
今天搭的是末班船，駕駛還特別送我們額外一包免費飼料，讓我們餵鴨子餵得十分過癮。
上次来这里是在疫情之前，错过了预约，所以这次天气晴朗温暖，我第一时间就预约了。等候的时候，我买了鲤鱼和鸭子的饲料。拍了张纪念照，然后四处逛了逛店里，发现那里也挂着一些照片。
栃木藏野町是位于栃木县栃木市中心地带的一座历史悠久的城镇。从江户时代到明治和大正时期，它作为日光礼平街上的驿站和水路交通枢纽而繁荣发展。许多气势恢宏的仓库式建筑和白墙仓库至今仍然保存完好，象征着当时商人的财富。藏野町的主要漫步区域是流经栃木市中心的巴川周边以及藏野町主街。藏野町观光船：沿着巴川进行一次迷人的游船之旅。一边聆听船夫的歌声，一边欣赏鲤鱼在河面上游弋，以及从水上俯瞰的历史小镇风光。
我之前参观过隔壁的博物馆。
◇周边地区有塚田历史传说博物馆、地方史博物馆、浮船博物馆和藏野町美术馆，以及江户时代和明治时代的仓库、大正时代的西式建筑和昭和时代的糖果店、杂货店和腌菜店，这些都散落在街道各处。
