はい、嵐山竹林は間違いなく訪れる価値があります。そびえ立つ竹がつくり出す静かでほとんど別世界のような雰囲気は、ほかにはない独特で穏やかな体験を提供してくれます。自然が好きな方や静かな癒しを求める方には必見のスポットです。

はい、嵐山竹林の小径は無料で訪れることができます。入場料はかからないため、誰でも気軽に楽しめるスポットです。

竹林には立ち入ることはできますが、夜間は正式には開放されておらず、林の中には照明もありません。その美しさを十分に味わい、安全のためにも日中に訪れるのが最適です。

嵐山竹林に最も近い駅は、JR嵯峨野線の嵯峨嵐山駅です。駅から竹林までは徒歩で約10〜15分です。

竹林自体には通常サルはいませんが、嵐山の近くにある岩田山モンキーパークには多くのニホンザルがいます。訪れる人々は竹林ではなく、そこでサルを見ることができます。

⭐️静寂に包まれる“夜の竹林”、幻想のひととき ^_^🌿 京都・嵐山にある有名スポット『竹林の小径』を夜に訪れました。 昼間の観光地としての賑わいとはまるで別世界。人影もまばらで、月明かりと街灯が竹の葉をやわらかく照らし、風が吹くたびに竹同士が奏でる「カラン…カラン…」という微かな音が響きます。その静けさが心地よく、まるで自然に包まれているような不思議な安心感を覚えました。 足元に落ちる竹の影が揺れ、緑のトンネルを歩く感覚は幻想的そのもの。ライトアップ期間中でなくても、わずかな光の中で竹の姿が立ち上がる様子は息をのむ美しさです。時折聞こえる遠くの川音や虫の声が、夜の嵐山らしい情緒を添えてくれます。 昼の華やかさよりも、夜の竹林は“京都の静寂”そのもの。心を整えたいときや、大切な人とゆっくり歩きたい夜にぴったりです。観光客が減る20時以降がおすすめ。 静かな時間が流れる竹の道で、心まで澄み渡る体験でした。✨

人がものすごく多くて、SNSやインフルエンサーの動画で見た雰囲気とは全然違いました。 煙もなく、写真映えするスポットは1か所だけで長い列ができていました。 ライトアップイベントは正直行く価値があまりないと思います。人が多すぎて全然ゆっくり見られません。 京都嵐山のライトアップには有料エリアと無料エリアがありますが、 どちらもあまり見どころはなく、有料エリアの中にある輪っかのオブジェだけが少し見応えあるくらい。 無料エリアは本当に何もなく、ただ有料エリアを少し覗けるだけです。 入場制限もないので、人がぎゅうぎゅう詰めでした。写真もほとんど撮れません。 結論としては、まだ行っていない人はスキップしてもいいと思います。期待ハズレました。

2025年12月末に初めて訪れました。 嵐山の野宮神社から天龍寺北門を通り大河内山荘へ抜ける約400mの竹林の散策路で、よく手入れされた青竹が林立しており、平安時代の貴族たちもこの遊歩道を通ったのだと幻想的な思いを浮かべながら散策しました。 この竹林は緑の色合いが均等になっていることと日差しが竹林に遮られて均一に入らず、日向と影が交差することで風情を感じます。 但し、幹に緑色の補修テープが貼ってある竹が複数ありました。恐らく海外の観光客が落書きして傷つけた箇所でしょう。寂しい思いがしました。

あらでん嵐山駅から徒歩10分くらい。他にも複数路線あり。初めて訪問した京都嵐山‼ ︎竹林の小径で開催されている嵐山月灯路を観てきました。小径を抜けてイベント会場へ、、、当日券を求める大行列(当日券1500円)ができていました。ネットで事前購入ができるので予定のある方はネット購入がおすすめです。QRコードで入場できるので列に並ばずサクッと入れます。 嵐山月灯路 2025年は10月31日まで開催中
