The tour guide was a gem. He was extremely personable. We ran into some serious traffic problems and he handled the situation perfectly. It took twice the time to get there than normal and there were wrecks. The bus did not have a restroom and being stuck on the highway was extremely challenging. But this traffic was extremely abnormal. Maybe they should equip the buses with restrooms. As for the tour, once we got to Mount Fuji everything was outstanding.

The Tour guide Levin was wonderful.
