ツアー料金には、駐車料金、高速道路料金、ホテルでのピックアップとドロップオフ、そしてエアコン付き車両での専用送迎が含まれます。

旅程をカスタマイズできますか？

はい、旅程は柔軟に調整できます。立ち寄り先やアクティビティをご希望に合わせてカスタマイズでき、体験を本当にパーソナライズできます。

ツアー日の1日前以内に予約がキャンセルされた場合、100％のキャンセル料を申し受けます。ご留意のうえご予定ください。

快適な衣服、カメラ、そして必要な個人用品をお持ちいただくことをおすすめします。温泉を利用する予定がある場合は、水着とタオルをお忘れなく。

東京23区内のホテル、Airbnb、または鉄道駅のいずれからでもお迎えにあがります。ご予約の際は、「特別要望」欄にお迎え場所をご記入ください。

含まれていないもの

弊社の車両がお迎えするピックアップ場所（いずれか）：

Cancel more than 168 hours before the start time for a full refund.
From 168 hours before the start time until 144 hours before the start time, cancellation costs 0%.
From 144 hours before the start time until 72 hours before the start time, cancellation costs 30%.
From 72 hours before the start time until 24 hours before the start time, cancellation costs 50%.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
