• Children aged 0 to 3 years are admitted free of charge.

• Admission may be unavailable on special business days, including Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival days and New Year’s Day.

• Entry is allowed as usual, even in rainy weather conditions.

• Nursing rooms are provided inside the observation deck on both the 39th and 40th floors.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Kuchu Teien Observatory.

• Operating hours are from 09:30 to 22:30 daily.

• The final admission time is 22:00.

• A valid voucher displaying a QR code must be presented at the time of entry.

• Re-entry is not permitted, and guests may enter only once on the selected date of use.

• Luggage cannot be stored inside the observation deck, and coin lockers are available within the facility for same-day use only and for an additional fee.

• Guests using wheelchairs are requested to access the observatory via the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East to the 39th floor.

• Guests traveling with strollers should use the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East if folding the stroller is difficult, as the see-through escalator is narrow and steep.
