2025년12월06일방문 히로시게 작품배경이 된곳을 방문. 400년된곳.. 문화재 보존이 잘되어있어 후손들이 존경스러웠어요. 재료본연의 맛을 느낄수있어 좋았습니다. 건강한 맛,소금으로 만 절인듯한 무절임도 좋고. 따뜻한 녹차와 플라스틱 식기가 전혀 없는.. 세팅도 훌룡했습니다. 히로시게 작품들이 걸려있고. 소품들도 분위기와 너무 잘맞게 배치되어있어요. 손님 많은데 웃으며 친절한 응대에 일본분들 매너에 감탄합니다.

400년의 역사가 멋지게 우러나는 오랜 맛집. 담담하고 정갈한 음식이 기억에 남는 멋진 곳. 직원분들이 음식설명을 좀더 세심하게 해준다면 좋을듯. 유형문화재인 건물의 모습도 멋짐.
