This multi-billion dollar complex transformed a 11.6-hectare area into one of Tokyo's most prominent mixed-use developments, combining residential, commercial, and cultural spaces.

The observation deck holds significance as one of Tokyo's premier viewing platforms, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the city skyline. On clear days, visitors can see iconic landmarks including Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, and Mount Fuji in the distance. The venue also features the Sky Deck, an open-air rooftop observation area on the 54th floor that provides an unobstructed outdoor viewing experience.
