A full-day walking tour of Osaka led by a local English-speaking guide, covering Osaka Castle, Shitennoji Temple, Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. All admissions, required train tickets, and the ukiyo-e woodblock printing experience are included in the tour price.

Arrive at Osaka Castle and enter the Osaka Castle Museum, which covers the history of the castle and the life of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, its original builder. The current structure was completed in 1995 and traces its origins to the 16th century. Your guide will explain the castle's significance within Osaka's history throughout the visit.

Visit Shitennoji Temple, founded in 593 and recognized as Japan's first officially established Buddhist temple. The visit covers the temple grounds and pagoda, with your guide explaining the arrival and development of Buddhism in Japan.

Head to the Nihonbashi area for a lunch break at Kuromon Market, a covered market with over 150 stalls selling Osaka street food, including takoyaki, grilled seafood, and fresh produce. Your guide will suggest options on request. Lunch is not included in the tour price.

Arrive in Dotonbori and visit a local shrine in the area before taking part in a guided hands-on ukiyo-e woodblock printing experience. Ukiyo-e is a traditional Japanese printing art form with origins in the Edo period.

Walk through Shinsaibashi, one of Osaka's oldest and most active covered shopping arcades. Guests have time to browse shops, pick up souvenirs, or try local desserts. The route passes the Glico Running Man billboard, one of Osaka's most photographed landmarks.

Travel back to JR Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station with the guide, arriving at approximately 17:00.
