Guided by friendly instructors, you’ll craft seasonal designs inspired by nature and tradition, such as peach blossoms, all in a peaceful and authentic setting.

The experience begins with a short talk about Kyoto’s food culture and the story behind these special sushi rolls. Then, you’ll prepare your own colorful creations using traditional tools and techniques. After making your sushi, you’ll enjoy tasting your work and taking photos to remember the day.
