Awesome fun in Kawaguchiko
We had a great time visiting Fuji Q Highland Park. Got quick train from Kawaguchiko station which takes you to the entrance of park. You have options to go into park for free and pay for rides while inside. You can also choose to pay for unlimited rides, select number of rides etc. Plenty of options. The park is so much fun with heaps of things to look at. There are endless food drink options. We choose the biggest roller-coaster Fujiyama. It was full on and we had a blast. Also had some lunch which was good. I would recommend this for anyone wanting something light hearted and fun. This would be a great option for families.
A high concertation of big thrill coaster
What a fantastic place for a thrill seeker. so many exciting roller coasters in one place was well as fun for little kids (if you have them) and anime exhibits (if you are in to that stuff). We visited new years eve. it was open from early morning till late night and we enjoyed all the big roller coasters and some of the smaller fun rides. We do not speak much Japanese but were able to get by with the little we did speak, and a friendly smile. there were English translation cards for when it really counted. there were fast passes available for most of the roller coasters for a fee. There was lots of variety in food options. I would make the trip here again in a heart beat as a roller coaster fan. And as an added bonus Fuji San is in the background all day.
