Such a lively and enjoyable evening! The wagyu and sake experience felt relaxed and full of personality, with plenty of laughs along the way and maybe a little too much sake (not to complain). The explanations were easy to follow and never too serious, which made learning effortless. Each bite and sip came with a story, adding to the fun atmosphere. A great mix of tasty food, good energy, and lighthearted discovery. Hawaii jo definitely made a night to remember.

I cannot say enough about this experience. Todashi was an incredible host, a wealth of information, and was so much fun! Worth every penny. We would do it again in a heartbeat
