You are not just taken to a restaurant & fed, you are guided there with a history lesson & a story of the owners & their dreams. Ryo gave us our 1st lesson in the proper way to eat Sushi to maximize its flavor & pair it with Saki, at Tsukiji Mottainai Project Uoharu.

The tour itself is very well designed: great izakayas, well chosen locations, and a very pleasant pace. Ryo pays real attention to group dynamics, making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. His English is excellent, clear and natural, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
