Nice experience. Walkable distance from Shinjiku station and it’s worth to visit by night time and you can do necessary shoppings too. Place will be crowded. There will be many street bands, musics and dances too.

This is a cute and very quick thing to check off your list of things to see. The cat videos and interlaced with ads that keep you waiting there between appearances. The videos are short and cute with a really realistic and impressive 3D graphic. This is a lot more of a gimmick than anything and we would say unless it really stands out to you it may even be a skip on your itinerary.

Cute 3D cat that plays every now and then along with general ads. Sometimes the cat is dressed as part of the Metropolitan Police Department and other times more normally. Just a fun little thing to watch if you are in the Shinjuku area. Not sure which phones will pick it up nicely as my older phone managed to film/photograph it okay whilst the newer one struggled.

Must see landmark right outside Shinjuku Station! Displayed on a massive curved LED screen above the street, this life like calico cat has quickly become one of the defining images people think of when imagining modern Tokyo.
