What other travelers are saying about Hakuhinkan Toy Park
HAKUHINKAN TOY PARK in Tokyo is an absolute gem — perfect place for both kids and adults to spend a few delightful hours. The moment you walk in, you’re immersed in a wonderland of toys: classic, modern, quirky, rare, and everywhere you look there’s something that sparks joy.
The store layout is excellent — plenty of space to browse, bright displays, and well organized so you can find sections you love (figurines, games, plushies, retro toys, etc.). Staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable — happy to show you special items or help track down something specific without any pressure.
Whether you’re chasing nostalgia, looking for the perfect gift, or just wanting to explore a toy-lover’s paradise, HAKUHINKAN delivers. It’s one of my favorite spots in Tokyo to recharge, discover something new, and just have fun. Highly recommend for families or anyone with a playful spirit!
No. The store has free admission. You only pay for products you purchase or if you use the rooftop amusement attractions.
Take the Tokyo Metro to Ginza Station (Ginza, Marunouchi, or Hibiya Line), exit A2, and walk two minutes. Alternatively, from Shimbashi Station on the JR Yamanote Line, it's a five-minute walk.
Both. Adults visit for collectibles, model kits, hobby items, nostalgic toys, and exclusive franchise merchandise. Collectors and casual browsers find the comprehensive inventory appealing regardless of age.
Yes. Products are visually displayed with recognizable characters and brands. Staff have basic English capability, and product packaging often includes English text. The payment process is standard, and the Ginza location regularly serves international customers.
4 storey toy store at the edge of Ginza. Has a mini race car track on the 4th floor. Things are expensive here, and selection isn’t great… would highly recommend yamashiroya located at Ginza instead
Amazing toy collection! From plushies, to puzzle games. They have literally everything. Our kids age 10, 8, 6 had so much fun. They even raced the toy cars by paying 200 Yen each.
