Yes, there is parking available. The fee is ¥200 for the first hour and ¥100 for each additional hour for regular-sized cars.
The aquarium is home to approximately 180 penguins spanning nine different species.
One of the unique attractions is the first shallow aquarium in Japan, about 7㎡ in size, part of which is only 5cm deep, allowing visitors to watch penguins walking right above their heads.
Admission to Nagasaki Penguin Aquarium is free. However, there is a parking fee for vehicles.

The penguin aquarium was fun to visit. But lacks entertainment. Although looking at the cute penguins was interesting, after a while, it got a little bit boring. I would recommend it if u want to see sussy penguins, I recommend this aquarium.
penguins are super cute, I think I connected with one of them because we made eye contact for a long time :) There are other animals other than the penguins and the staff look like they take care of the animals very well, be ready to smell fishy though.
Fantastic spot for those who like penguins. The aquarium also features some pretty good "normal" aquarium displays as well. Plenty of English signage.
520 yen for this is absolutely unbeatable. There are over 200 penguins inside, and feeding sessions take place at 11:00 and 15:00 — highly recommended, don’t miss it.
It was a very enjoyable experience. Although the aquarium isn't that big in size, it was nice to see so many different penguin species in one location! Spent around 1h 40min, could have been longer but the rain prevented us from going to the outdoor exhibition. Worth the effort to travel from the city centre.
