Space Athletic Tondemi Makuhari is an indoor athletic facility operated by Bandai Namco Amusement, located on the third floor of Aeon Mall Makuhari Shintoshin in Chiba. The facility opened in March 2017 as part of Japan's growing trend toward indoor entertainment complexes that combine physical activity with cutting-edge equipment. Covering approximately 1,600 square meters, with 600 square meters dedicated to trampolines, the facility represents one of the first venues in Japan to introduce certain international athletic attractions in an indoor setting.

The facility features a 660-square-meter trampoline area with multiple zones including free jumping spaces, dodgeball courts, and basketball hoops. The climbing wall section offers 13 courses across 11 difficulty levels using Fun Walls equipment by Bulgarian company Walltopia, making it accessible to both children and adults. A rope course called Ropetopia spans 42 meters in length at 3 meters high, featuring 7 different activities of varying difficulty. The Tondemi Excite Area includes interactive games such as Air Run Circuit, Jump Twister, and Human Tower Battle, blending digital elements with physical challenges.

Visitors receive 90-minute sessions to experience all activities. Admission costs 2,400 yen for participants between 110cm and 190cm tall and weighing 20kg to 120kg, plus a one-time 500 yen registration fee. Children under 110cm can access a dedicated kids zone for 800 yen per 90 minutes with mandatory parental supervision, while non-participating guardians pay 500 yen. Online reservations are recommended, particularly during weekends and Japanese school holidays. First-time visitors must register as members and purchase special Tondemi socks, which can be reused on subsequent visits.

The facility is situated inside Aeon Mall Makuhari Shintoshin at 1-5 Toyasuna, Mihama-ku, Chiba. The nearest station is Keihin Makuhari Station, approximately 15-20 minutes on foot. Alternatively, visitors can take the Keiyo Line to Makuhari-Toyosuna Station and walk for 10 minutes. The mall provides parking in its garage, with validation available. The facility operates daily from 10:00 to 21:00, with entry sessions beginning every 30 minutes. Trained staff members monitor each activity area to ensure safety and assist participants with harnesses and equipment where required.
