Will give a zero star if possible, the namco inside is a scam claws are not even strong enough to move anything at all.
When i finally got a sure win from the claw the prize could not fit into the prize hole and the staff said it wasn't considered a win and even adjusted the toy back to the original position.
Will not recommend anyone from visiting and playing especially in the namco claw area
Expensive.kids had fun for 2 hours but the activities are only limited.there's game center just beside it so expect the children to go there after playing here 😆 it is located on family mall inside the food court so you can eat and play!Be sure to get a spot before coming because they're usually crowded..
My kids had a great time - there are many different and interesting games available. The staff were very helpful, professional and kind.
This is fun space for children.
There is space for kids and bigger children.
You can spend about 1hr or 1hr and half.
Great playing exercise for children and learn the balance.
Went on a Weds afternoon. We don't speak or read much Japanese, but managed to register and participate in everything. Did not do reservations. It seems like your wrist band color represents your groups starting/ending hour. We had to wait 40 minutes, but it gave us time to walk around and plan which activities we wanted to do first. There is also an arcade on the 1st floor that is free for people waiting. There was Mario Kart, fishing, and the Taiko Drums. A couple of the machines were out of service though. Parking garage is free up to three hours with validation. I recommend bringing your own snacks and water bottles, but there are vending machines if needed. As the adult chaperone, I still had to pay 500Y to walk around even though I wasn't jumping or climbing on the areas. We plan on returning real soon, but only on a weekday. I don't want to know how crazy this place gets on a weekend or holiday.
