I went to a park on the summit of Tanematsuyama in Kurashiki! The athletic playground equipment, which makes full use of the mountainside, is just wildly unconventional! Σ(￣□￣|||)
Climbing up and down skillfully, you'll feel just like a SASUKE finalist! SASUKE!! The place was buzzing with excitement as the kids pushed their physical limits! 🔥😂
Adults, be careful not to let your guard down, or you're guaranteed to have sore muscles the next day! 💪💦lol
There's also a thrilling super-long roller slide, making it a fantastic spot where you can spend a whole day with adrenaline pumping! A protective pad for your bottom is a must when sliding! 🍑✨
The mountaintop air is incredibly fresh, and the panoramic view of the Mizushima industrial complex and the Seto Inland Sea is a real treat!
Parents can be soothed by the scenery, and children can let loose – it's the ultimate family spot in Kibi Province!

I went for the first time during cherry blossom season!
I went on a Sunday afternoon, and I was surprised by how crowded it was, even just getting to the parking lot.
But it seems to get quite crowded at this time of year, so I realized you have to be prepared.
Actually, my purpose wasn't cherry blossom viewing, but rather to let the kids play on the playground equipment, so I wondered if it would have been better to go at a different time of year. However, there were so many cherry blossoms that I actually felt it was good that I went at this time!
There are so many cherry trees that you don't even need to reserve a seat; you can easily find a spot under the blossoms.
There are lots of playground equipment, and the kids seemed very happy.
There are also various types of slides, so you could probably enjoy it all day.
There are many slopes, so it's good exercise.
The scenery is beautiful, so you can enjoy the landscape as well as the cherry blossoms.
It was a very relaxing experience.
There are vending machines, so even if you forget your drinks, it's okay.
The restrooms aren't super clean, but they're about average for a park, and I used them without any problems!

The road to the park is quite winding, so be careful if you get carsick easily! (lol)
This is a peaceful place where you can enjoy a variety of flowers in each season.
A long corridor lined with wisteria trellises is beautifully adorned with blooming hydrangeas, and the sight of koi swimming leisurely in the water lily pond is truly soothing.
While the Japanese garden area is also worth seeing, the rose garden stretching along the lakeside is particularly impressive. The view from a bench in the shade of the trees is exceptional, and you'll easily lose track of time.
The park also boasts a variety of athletic facilities and playground equipment, making it popular with families with young children.
On Sundays, kusamochi (rice cakes with mugwort) are sold, and the taste of these rice cakes filled with plenty of sweet bean paste is exceptional. Be sure to try them when you visit.
