Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park is one of the best parks in Osaka and a great place to relax, enjoy nature, and spend time outdoors. The park is huge and has beautiful scenery throughout the year, with different flowers and landscapes changing every season. During spring, the cherry blossoms make the area especially beautiful, while the open green spaces create a very peaceful atmosphere.
One of the best parts of the park is that you can enjoy long walks, jogging, cycling, or simply relax with family and friends. There are also large open areas for sports and picnics, making it perfect for outdoor activities. The park also has an international garden area and the famous windmill, which gives the place a unique and memorable feeling.
I highly recommend visiting if you want to experience a quieter and more natural side of Osaka away from the busy city atmosphere.
The park is awesome, and HUGE. We spent 2 hours there but were only able to explore a quarter of it (the international gardens.)
It also has other areas like BBQ camping, golf, moutain, etc. Ideally we would love to spend a whole day here from early morning to sunset, just to wander around, and stop from time to time for some snack (you will need to bring your snacks, and remember to take trash home.)
Highly recommended for those who loves nature and seek for some really good quality time with just nature, not with other human beings and noise. 😌

Amazing place with so much to see and enjoy. The Botanical garden, the rose garden, and the windmill are the highlights of this beautiful park. We ended up not going to the ecopark but definitely one should visit it. The restaurant in the park next to the botanical garden is a great option if you want to have lunch.
Beautiful site of the 1990 International Garden and Greenery Expo. The Korean garden is my favorite. Be sure to walk up to the windmill. Lots of recreation and sport areas. There are food trucks near the fountain on weekends, a lovely Botanical House restaurant on the lake, or bring your own picnic.
