Can I bring my own camera?

Yes, you may bring a camera. However, Japanese law prohibits the use of mobile phones while driving. Each go-kart is equipped with a mounted action camera to record your experience. You may purchase a microSD card in-store to save your footage. GoPro cameras are permitted, but drones are strictly prohibited.

Can I drive on the highway?

No. Japanese road traffic laws prohibit go-karts from operating on highways. All tours take place on approved public roads only.

Can someone ride with me in the go-kart?

No. All go-karts are single-seater vehicles. Each participant must drive their own kart and meet the licensing requirements.

Do you provide lockers for personal belongings?

Yes. Coin-operated lockers are available for storing personal belongings. Please bring only essential items, as locker space is limited.

What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?

The tour will proceed in light rain if conditions are safe. If the weather is deemed unsafe, the tour will be rescheduled. Raincoats are provided in case of rain during the experience.

Is there a dress code for this tour?

There is no strict dress code, but comfortable clothing and secure shoes that allow easy movement and safe control of the go-kart are recommended. Free, clean costumes are also available if you would like to wear one during the tour.

Can I ride a go-kart if I am pregnant?

No. For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate. Go-karting involves sudden braking, sharp turns, and potential impacts, which may pose risks to both mother and baby.

Driver’s License Requirements

Japan residents must present a valid Japanese driver’s license.
Foreign nationals must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention, along with their original license.
U.S. Forces in Japan must present a valid SOFA driving license.
Nationals of Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan may drive with an official Japanese translation of their local license. Please contact us at least one month in advance.

On the day of the tour, you must bring your original, valid driving documents.
Digital copies or photocopies are not accepted.
Failure to present the required documents will result in cancellation without refund.

Arrival & Safety Briefing

A mandatory safety and traffic orientation is held before departure.
Please arrive 40 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Guests arriving 10 minutes late or more will not be permitted to join, and no refunds will be issued.
