When you arrive and are ready to collect your device, please note that there are separate counters for pickup and return. You'll find the pickup location at the "JAL ABC" counter in South Wing 1F of the International Arrivals Lobby. It's strategically placed at the far end of the hall, leaning closer to the domestic area rather than the Central Building.
