Frequently Asked Questions

While the tour provides lunch, vegetarian options are limited due to the general lack of vegetarian menus in most Japanese restaurants. If you have specific dietary needs, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them, though choices may be restricted.

Absolutely! The tour is designed to accommodate cyclists of all skill levels. Our guide will ensure that the pace is comfortable for everyone, and safety briefings will be provided to help beginners feel more at ease.

Comfort is key for a pleasant bike tour experience. We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Depending on the season, you may also want to bring a hat, sunglasses, or a light jacket.

Unfortunately, there is no storage space for luggage at the bike rental office. We advise you to store your luggage in lockers at the station or your accommodation before joining the tour.

While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, the order and inclusion of specific stops may change due to factors like traffic, weather, and the operational status of attractions.

To ensure a timely and enjoyable experience for all guests, the tour starts promptly and cannot delay for latecomers. Unfortunately, if you miss the start, you won't be able to join the tour later, and we cannot offer a refund or reschedule. We recommend arriving at the meeting point early to ensure you don't miss out.

Amazing tour of East Tokyo and fabulous lunch! Highly recommend!
Beyond even my high expectations! Isao is an amazing tour guide. He was so solicitous of the four of us and catered to all of our needs, including bathroom breaks! He seemed to enjoy answering all of our questions and we had a lot! We made lots of different stops where he told us about the area, the culture and the history of Tokyo. We saw so many things in 5 hours and so much of East Tokyo. Lunch was outstanding! He took us to a local place that served Chanko bowls - Japanese hot pot - and the whole experience was so much fun. I can’t recommend this tour more highly nor Isao as your guide. Well worth the time!
