Yes, guests may walk around Kabukicho in costume during the free time portion of the experience. A refundable deposit in Japanese Yen (JPY) is required for an additional fee and will be returned after the costume and accessories are inspected.

What happens if my preferred character is unavailable?

Character availability may change due to costume adjustments or maintenance. If a selected character is unavailable, you may choose another option from the current lineup.

What if the costume does not fit me?

If a suitable costume size is not available, the experience will still include professional anime-style makeup and hairstyling so you can enjoy part of the transformation.

Will staff speak English during the experience?

Some staff members may not be fluent in English. A translation device may be used to support clear communication when needed.

Do I need to bring anything?

Fun and unique cosplay experience

The staff were very kind and helpful. The weather was really bad and rainy but they were still willing and patient. They did a really good job with the makeup I requested and we're very quick to edit the photos too. I brought my own outfit and prop but they have a selection of outfits and wigs you can use instead. It was a very good experience overall. There is also a bar and live karaoke if you choose to stick around
