This is a busy little bus station with a small souvenir shop, the staff at the bus counter are extremely helpful and very polite, I was sympathetic to them as there were a lot of Asian foreigners who thought that they could turn up to get a bus ticket without reservations, there were a few heated discussions from the customers but all the while the bus staff were very cool and calm. There are toilets close-by as well as coin lockers available. From this station you can go to Shinhotaka Ropeway and Shirakawa Go, the bus ride was very comfortable and relaxing, I thoroughly recommend choosing this bus company.

Great Bus Company
This is a busy little bus station with a small souvenir shop, the staff at the bus counter are extremely helpful and very polite, I was sympathetic to them as there were a lot of Asian foreigners who thought that they could turn up to get a bus ticket without reservations, there were a few heated discussions from the customers but all the while the bus staff were very cool and calm.
