Hotel meet-ups are possible in central areas if you prefer.
You can also agree on another central meeting spot with your host.

You mostly walk, with the odd train or taxi ride between areas.
Transport costs, if any, are agreed with your host after you book.
Comfortable footwear and a small bag for essentials are recommended.
