We were only 2 people in this tasting and Tadashi was our sommelier. He is very knowledgeable about sake and speaks English fluently. He created a PowerPoint presentation to teach us the history of sake as well as the brewing process. Tadashi also taught us how to spot bad sake and that has served us well during the rest of our trip. Make sure to ask him for his food recommendation list after the tasting. This tasting is definitely worth the price.
