You will taste seven different types of sake, including Sparkling Wine, Daiginjo, Honjozo, Junmaishu, Nigorizake, Special Junmaishu, and Kijoshu. Each is selected to represent a variety of flavors and brewing techniques from different regions.

The default food pairings include a variety of dishes that may not be vegetarian or vegan. However, if you have dietary restrictions, please inform us when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
