Although I have to restrict that I have driven all 3 lines and there is just less to see in Tokyo than in London Sydney or Edinburgh.
The price but in Tokyo is the most expensive at least 30 euros you have to shell out. But still the tour is worth the money

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus
The woman who greeted us also helped us and made sure that we knew the best route for us to see as much as possible. She was wonderful and knowledgeable. The drivers were completely professional and skilled. Our only complaint was the music between the recorded narratives. We expected to hear lovely Japanese music and, instead, got “elevator” music!
