Both include a tea ceremony demonstration, tasting sweets, and making your own matcha. The 60-minute plan also includes making a simple matcha dessert, like matcha affogato, for a little extra fun.

The traditional sweets (wagashi) are usually plant-based and made with ingredients like bean paste and rice flour. However, if you have dietary restrictions, please mention them when booking so we can check with the host.
