Frequently Asked Questions
Participants aged 7 to 65 are welcome to join the tour. For children aged 5-6 and seniors aged 66-69, private tours are available to ensure safety and comfort. Guardians must accompany children under 13, and those under 20 need a guardian’s digital signature on the application form prior to the tour.
A medical certificate is required for participants over 60, regardless of their health condition. This is to ensure your safety while snorkeling. Additionally, if you have any specific health conditions, you might be asked to provide a medical certificate as well. Please disclose any health concerns when booking.
You should bring a swimsuit, beach sandals, and a towel. These are essential for your comfort during and after the snorkeling session. It’s also a good idea to bring sunscreen, a hat, and a change of clothes for after the tour.
Wetsuits are provided as part of the tour package. However, they may not be available in all sizes. We recommend confirming your size in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. If you have specific concerns about wetsuit sizes, please contact us before the tour.
