From Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line (approximately 20 minutes) or Midosuji subway (about 15 minutes). From Kansai International Airport, take JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service or Nankai Railway (roughly 50 minutes). Elevators access the 27th floor entrance. Admission costs 1,000 yen for adults and 700 yen for students, with reduced children's rates.
