Take a bus from Zushi Station's east exit toward Kotsubo (15 minutes, ¥200) to Kotsubo or Riviera Zushi Marina Mae stop. Walking takes 15-20 minutes. From Kamakura, buses take 15 minutes or taxis take 10 minutes.
